Whole-Body Care for the Fourth Trimester

Whether you had a vaginal birth, a cesarean, or something in between, postpartum care is here to help you:

  • Ease back, neck, and pelvic pain

  • Support core + pelvic floor recovery

  • Rebalance your nervous system

  • Process birth physically + emotionally

  • Regulate stress, anxiety, or overwhelm

  • Reconnect to your body in a safe, gentle way

Sessions are soft, spacious, and completely guided by what you need that day.
We’ll slow everything down and give your body a place to breathe.

What Does Postpartum Care Look Like?

Each visit may include:

  • Gentle, nervous system chiropractic care

  • Acupuncture for healing, hormone balance, or emotional support

  • Time to talk, cry, exhale, or just be in the quiet

  • Pelvic and core assessment (when appropriate)

  • Lifestyle or nourishment support to help rebuild your foundation
