Pelvic Visceral Work

Gentle support for postpartum healing,

pelvic mobility, and reconnection

While I no longer offer the full Mercier Therapy fertility protocol, I do incorporate elements of pelvic visceral work into certain bodywork sessions—especially for women healing from birth, cesarean recovery, or pelvic trauma.

This work is deeply restorative and supports:

  • Pelvic mobility + fluidity

  • Lymphatic circulation

  • Abdominal scar tissue release

  • Reconnection to the womb and core

  • Nervous system calming + integration after birth

When it’s helpful:

After cesarean or surgical birth

  • Following traumatic or complex birth experiences

  • When the pelvic area feels “disconnected,” stuck, or tense

  • As part of fertility preparation, postpartum healing, or gentle bodywork integration

This technique is always integrated thoughtfully—often alongside acupuncture or nervous system-focused care. It’s not a standalone service, but rather one of many tools I draw from to help your body feel more open, connected, and supported.

Curious if this might be right for you?

If you’re navigating postpartum healing, preparing your body for conception, or simply feeling like your pelvic space could use support—you’re welcome to reach out. We’ll decide together if this work might be a gentle addition to your care.
