"It is my goal to support, inform, and empower women from conception through parenthood. As a mother of one, I understand the changes that occur, both physically and emotionally and have an immense amount of empathy for those going through them. I have witnessed the power that touch and chiropractic has on women during these incredible transitions and I am humbled, blessed, and thankful to be a part of it." - Dr. Brook

WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH?

I take a holistic and multidisciplinary approach to women's health utilizing chiropractic adjustment techniques, pelvic visceral manipulation techniques, functional rehabilitation, nutrition, acupuncture and self-care education and emphasizes restoring balance to the body to optimize function. My goal is to provide inspire and empower a new model of self-care by providing women with the tools to manage their situation or condition. I truly believes being connected to the process of healing is powerful and taking ownership of the process allows for more consistent progress and overall improvement. I teach women how to become more in-tune with their bodies and how to use this information in an effort to heal themselves. When you are attune to the things your body is telling you, you can provide yourself the self-care you need, restore proper balance, and improve your ability to heal.
